About my practice:

As a qualified, professional Person Centered Counsellor & Psychotherapist based in Aberdeen, I aim to work with clients on the humanistic belief that the client is instinctively driven towards growth. Person Centered Therapy is successful for a wide range of issues. My role as your counsellor is to provide a non-judgmental environment that is conducive to honest self-exploration. When creating a space of acceptance it allows a person to explore their own sense of self which in turn can help alleviate symptoms of personal distress. My aim is to enhance a client’s wellbeing and capabilities. This is achieved whilst you are supported and heard in a confidential space, where you are valued. An environment where a client has the freedom to talk about their struggles. I will walk alongside you as you navigate your difficulties.

I always work with the BACP ethical framework in mind and I’m a counselling member of COSCA (Counselling & Psychotherapy Scotland)
